Pi Pizzeria's Chef's Picks - Shenandoah and Cubano
Come in and enjoy our latest round of Chef's Picks!
Our deep dish offering, the Shenandoah, is inspired by our breakfast pi (served at our CWE Coffee Bar). This vegetarian, frittata style pizza has roasted sweet potatoes, fiery Fresno chilis, sweet agave, scrambled eggs and goat cheese. Sweet, spicy, warm and filling. . . this pi is meant for anytime of the day!
Our thin crust, the Cubano, is inspired by the upcoming opening of Pi'ami in South Beach, Miami, Florida! For our Cuban-style pork, we cook the pork shoulder low and slow overnight, rubbed with a dry spice mix, citrus and sweet milk. The snap of the thin crust evokes the iconic “crunch” of the pressed Cuban bread, giving way to the crunch of the kosher deli pickle, the sliced deli ham, silky smooth swiss cheese & the mustard “punch”- full of familiar peppery spice & acid. A copious amount of flat leaf parsley & crunchy flake salt round this one out!
